We are confident that you will find our products to be superior in quality, however, there may be times that something unexpected occurs. For those rare moments, we do have a returns policy for most products.
Custom Scented Products – There are no refunds or exchanges on custom scented products.
All Other Products – If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to exchange your item. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receipt. Once we have received the returned product, please allow 10 – 14 business days to process the transaction. Follow the directions below in order for your exchange to be processed. (If your items were damaged in shipping, place a claim through USPS or UPS rather than using this process.)
- Contact us by email at [email protected]barclaycrocker.com. Provide the order number, the date you received the order, and the reason you are requesting a replacement. We may request a photo depending upon your reason for the return. You will receive a return authorization number (RA) by a Customer Experience Specialist. Please write the RA number on the packing slip.
- Return the product, in Barclay Crocker packaging if possible, along with the original packing slip, RA # and statement describing the requested exchange and send to:

- When sending your return, ship the package via USPS with delivery confirmation and insurance. Keep your shipment receipt in case the package is damaged or lost in transit. Barclay Crocker cannot guarantee a replacement for your return without confirmation of delivery to us.
